Board of Zoning Appeals

Ordinance # 545 - Article XI - 9 members appointed by the Marlboro County Council with staggered terms coterminous with respective council appointments.  No member shall hold any other public office or position in the County.  Completed mandated training for certification required to serve on this board.

Board Meetings

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on an as needed basis only.  They meet only for appeal hearings.
